About the Estate

La Esmeralda is a family farm in San Vicente del Caguán, owned and operated by the Rodríguez Family. Caquetá is a department in the south of Colombia, where they have many Plains. And this is where coffee is grown. The Rodríguez family at their La Esmeralda farm is very focused on specialty coffee. They constantly seek to improve processes on the farm, experimenting and tasting their own coffee to find the best way to highlight the incredible quality.
