ETHIOPIA - YIRGACHEFFE - TINSHE GUYE

This is a fully washed Grade 1 microlot from the Aricha Wubanchi washing station in Yirgacheffe. The Aricha Wubanchi station is located at 2,213 meters above sea level and is served by the Resitay River, which processes cherries from 1,700 local smallholder farmers. Farmers in this region typically grow jarc (a traditional Ethiopian sub-variety) in small plots of land around their homes. Hence, these plots are colloquially known as "garden coffee."
