Colombian coffee, from the Antioquia Caicedo region. Jesus Maria Palacio is the coffee grower of the La Falda farm. Coffee washed and fermented without water for 15-18 hours. Dry in the sun for 48 hours with a layer of 3cms. Cultivated at 2137 meters above sea level.
