About the region
This coffee comes from the mountains of Colombia and has been decaffeinated using a natural and gentle method: the sugar cane process , which uses ethyl acetate (AE) extracted from the cane itself and high mountain spring water .
This system respects the original flavor of the grain, maintaining sweet and citrus notes such as toasted nuts, golden syrup and lemonade .
