About this coffee
Palestinian Origin Coffee is a high-quality coffee cooperative group from the province of Huila, established in 2015 as a family association that implements and develops agricultural product projects and focuses on coffee production, commercialization, transformation and marketing activities.
Juan José is 19 years old and is the son of an associated producer. His crop is located under semi-shade with guamo trees on the San Isidro trail. He was one of the young people who received information from the association on fermentation processes and specialty coffee.
