Buku Saysa is a small community located in the Guji area, in southern Ethiopia, a region recognized for its vibrant coffee with high aromatic expressiveness.
The area stands out for its high altitudes, volcanic soils and ideal microclimates for growing local varieties of Arabica.
Guji coffees often display floral, clean, and complex profiles, with bright acidity and balanced sweetness.
In Buku Saysa, more than 200 small producers work organically and traditionally, preserving biodiversity and committing to a sustainable agricultural model.
