About this coffee

Wushwush is an Ethiopian coffee zone recognized at the level of Sidama, Yirgacheffe, Guji and Gesha, valued for its natural sweetness and velvety body. Its name is also used for the resistance of its line to diseases, although its yield is low and its cultivation can be more expensive. The region, inhabited by the Keficho people, has seen the expansion of tea, but the authorities are promoting coffee for the lower impact on deforestation. Small producers deliver the coffee to dry on African bamboo beds, with controlled turning, and then it is transported to Addis Ababa for final processing and packaging in 30 kg bags for ETOP orders.
