About this coffee
Mr. Tadese Teko lives in Gedeb district, Gedeo area, southern Ethiopia. He owns 8 hectares of coffee plantations, double the average in his community. Thanks to coffee, he has managed to send his 9 children to school. He cultivates under organic practices without chemical fertilizers. In addition, many small producers like him also work at washing stations during the harvest to generate additional income. The coffee has been separated and highlighted for its exceptional quality. It is part of the Single Farmer Project program, which promotes real traceability and direct and fair trade relationships between Ethiopian producers and international roasters.
