About the region
A first-generation producer, Eduardo founded his farm in San Antonio Huista after immigrating to the US. With his Mam-speaking family, he grows coffee in harmony with the environment. The farm is known for its blackberry plants and meticulous processing that includes water fermentation and patio drying. Each batch is crafted with care and respect for the environment.
