About the region
The T'xayalaj estate, located in Jacaltenango, Huehuetenango, is characterized by its natural water sources and an ideal altitude for the production of specialty coffee. Under the shade of Inga and Gravilea trees, the coffee trees grow in optimal conditions, and the post-harvest processes are carried out with great care: the cherries are washed with spring water and dried in the sun in traditional patios.
